  • Tuesday Talks

    May 16, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
    Check Online For Locatiom

Join Casey's Circle and PSA Healthcare for our monthly information series.

We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:00-7:30PM. Check online for full details on the topic and location.

Each month we select a topic that covers a different aspect to raising a child with special needs. We invite a local expert to discuss the topic and there is always plenty of time for your questions after.

Each session is 90 minutes long. We start with a quick dinner, then the presentation and we leave an extra 30 minutes for Q&A and to allow time for families to socialize. Child care will be provided by PSA beginning in February (we do require RSVP to insure we have the necessary number of nurses available.) A lite dinner is provided.

  • Mornings for Moms

    May 20, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
    Check Online for Location

Sometimes being around people that simple understand where you are coming from makes all the difference in the world. Mornings for Moms is a new bereavement group that will meet on the last Saturday of every odd month starting March 2017. Casey’s Circle will provide coffee and pastries, and any mother that has lost a child due to medical illness is welcome to join us.

During our first meeting anyone that would like to share their story will be welcome to do so. The first meeting will be a little longer than meetings moving forward. Following meetings will welcome new members to share their stories, and then existing members can talk about their challenges, triumphs and how they are doing since our last meeting. This is a great opportunity to celebrate our children’s lives while also leaning on each other.

All are welcome to share, but if you would rather just listen, that is always an option as well. Please RSVP to if you will be able to attend the next session so that we can be sure to get enough seats and snacks.
