Casey’s Angels

icons-04Losing a child is something most people do not have to suffer through. However, for those that do it can be hard to find ways to honor your child’s memory. We understand this pain, and we know that some groups can be very depressing (while therapeutic) but not necessarily the best way to pay tribute to your angel. We offer bereavement events for families that have lost a child. During these events it is our goal to connect families with other families going through similar struggles, but to also provide a supportive and positive environment. We encourage families to share fond memories, pictures, and things that brought their child joy. We also encourage siblings to attend with their parents. We focus on honoring the lives our children lived, not their struggles or pain.

If you would like to get an email invitation to any of our upcoming events- please fill out this form. Invitation is not required, but if you want to be sure you don’t miss anything be sure to sign up.

We have a special In Remembrance page where we honor and pay tribute to all of our angels. We encourage everyone to check out this page and to keep all of these families in your hearts and prayers. If you would like to add your child to this page, there is an option to do so in the form above.

Upcoming events

Mom’s Breakfast Club
Date/Time: Saturday – July 29th 9am-10:30am
Location: Mimi’s Cafe – Arbor Walk
10515 N. Mopac Expy. NB
Austin, TX 78758
Details: Sometimes being around people that simple understand where you are coming from makes all the difference in the world. Mornings for Moms is a new bereavement group that will meet on the last Saturday of every odd month starting March 2017. Casey’s Circle will provide breakfast, and any mother that has lost a child due to medical illness is welcome to join us.

We welcome new members to share their stories, and then existing members can talk about their challenges, triumphs and how they are doing since our last meeting. This is a great opportunity to celebrate our children’s lives while also leaning on each other.

All are welcome to share, but if you would rather just listen, that is always an option as well. Please RSVP to if you will be able to attend the next session so that we can be sure to get enough seats and snacks.

If you have ideas for an event to honor children that have passed, we would love to hear from you. Send us an email at
