***Vendor registration opens at 7:45am and we ask that you remain setup until 12:pm. Families arrive at 9am. Booths should be ready to go by 8:45am.

How it works:

  • Vendors register to host a booth using the form below
  • There is no costs for a booth (other than sponsor booths), but every booth MUST host an activity.
  • On the day of the event we will provide a folding table and 2 chairs for each booth, you will get your booth location when you arrive to setup.
  • You will be responsible for bringing all materials needed for your activity.
  • Each year the theme is Hollywood, if you are able to incorporate the theme into your activity or booth decor it is encouraged, but not required.
  • Booth awards are given out for the best activity, best decor, as well as fan favorite.
  • Tents are allowed. If you bring a tent it cannot be any bigger than 10×10, and you MUST use sand bags. You cannot use spikes to anchor your tent in the park.
  • Power will NOT be provided, please keep this in mind when selecting your activity.

This is a big event and a great way to reach a lot of special needs families at one time. It’s a great way to network with other special needs related organizations as well. Most of all however, this event is a lot of fun! The families get to enjoy all of the booth activities, and the amazing park.

Each year we sell 2 prime sponsor booths. These booth have prime location, and the sponsors are included in event media. If you are interested in being a sponsor, please send us an info@caseyscircle.org. The 2 spots go fast, so act now if you are interested.

If you are donating a door prize for the event, please be sure to send us an info@caseyscircle.org so that we can get you listed as a donor. Prizes can be dropped off ahead of time at the Round Rock Parks office (address below) or they can be brought with you on the morning of the event.
